We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Client Advisor to join our prestigious Flagship Boutique on Madison Avenue. Key Responsibilities
As a Client Advisor, you will deliver an elevated, personalized experience to our clientele, support boutique operations, and serve as a role model for fellow team members. You’ll be instrumental in driving sales, ensuring client satisfaction and reflecting Canali’s standards of excellence.
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service in a luxury setting
- Guide clients through tailored clothing, sportswear, and accessories with expert styling advice

The compensation structure for a Canali Client Advisor consists of an hourly base rate plus commission on sales. The hourly rate listed in this posting reflects the base rate only and does not represent total annual compensation. At this Flagship location, a reasonable estimate of total annual earnings for a Client Advisor with a $20 per hour base rate, inclusive of commissions, would typically range between $85,000 and $100,000 annually. This estimate is not a guarantee; actual earnings will vary based on individual performance and business results.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on menswear and tailored clothing
Strong clienteling skills and a track record of sales success
Ability to manage customer concerns and deliver solutions with poise
High attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
Fluency in additional languages is a plus
