Job Responsability
- Deliver an elevated and memorable in-store experience, embodying Canali’s brand values.
- Build authentic relationships with clients, understanding both expressed and unexpressed needs, and tailoring the experience accordingly
- Act as a trusted style advisor, guiding clients through a refined and personalized selling ceremony
- Develop long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and after-sales care
- Contribute to the success of the boutique by achieving individual and team performance targets
- Promote and integrate the Made to Measure and MeByCanali services within the client journey
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a high-end customer-focused environment
- Strong sensitivity to client experience, with a natural ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships
- Knowledge of Made-to-Measure is considered a strong asset
- Team-oriented mindset combined with a proactive and autonomous approach
- Comfortable with digital tools supporting clientelling and sales activities
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage
- Understanding of retail operations, including sales processes and stock management
What do we offer
- Starting gross annual salary of €33,000, in line with the classification provided by the National Collective Labour Agreement in Commercial sector (CCNL Commercio) for "impiegato" employees. The final salary and grading level will be determined based on objective criteria, regardless of gender, such as experience, skills and seniority;
