Job Responsability
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager and the team to ensure commercial targets are met and a consistently high‑level client experience is delivered.
- Welcome and assist customers, providing impeccable service throughout the selling ceremony and customer care activities.
- Execute visual merchandising tasks, ensuring correct product display in line with Corporate guidelines.
- Support warehouse operations including inventory, merchandise checks and internal stock movements.
- Manage replenishment activities, ensuring product availability and maintaining an organized and efficient stock area.
Requirements
- Experience in fashion, luxury or hospitality retail, with direct client interaction.
- Strong selling skills and solid understanding of Customer Service best practices.
- Excellent English; a second language is a valued plus.
- Flexible, dynamic and digital‑oriented, with a fast‑learning mindset.
- Proactive, team‑player attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
