Job Responsability
- Preparation of sales materials
- Presentation of the Collections
- Managing the sales process, from welcoming customers to closing the order
- Entering customer orders and using management software
- Collecting post-sale feedback, handling any issues, and identifying business opportunities
Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Associate at a showroom, preferably for luxury menswear brands
- Strong aptitude for sales activities
- Good relational and selling skills
- Proactivity and results orientation
- Excellent knowledge of English. Other languages are a plus (Spanish/German/French/Russian)
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, as well as familiarity with digital tools
- Precision and accuracy in entering orders into the system
