Job Responsability
- Customer welcome, consulting, negotiation and sales closing
- Pre- and post-sales assistance and complaint management
- Cash management, collections and sales recording
- Warehouse management: inbound/outbound, stock, orders and shipments
- Preparation of transport documents and goods movement via IT systems
- Administrative activities: filing, communications, appointment scheduling
- Data entry and control, commercial reporting
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the English and Italian language
- Problem solving
- Discretion and reliability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What do we offer
- Starting gross annual salary of €27,000, in line with the classification provided by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Textile and Clothing sector (CCNL Tessile-Abbigliamento) for "impiegato" employees. The final salary and grading level will be determined based on objective criteria, regardless of gender, such as experience, skills and seniority;
