Job Responsability

•    Analyse store KPIs and business performance, transforming data into clear, actionable insights to drive sales and productivity.
•    Monitor retail performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement across regions and store types
•    Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and user-friendliness for all stakeholders
•    Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support business reviews
•    Partner with cross-functional teams (Retail Operations, Retail Merchandising, E-commerce, IT) to support data and performance analysis. 
•    Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of reporting processes and retail analytics frameworks

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail data analysis, analytics, KPIs or similar HQ/field role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (data modeling, dashboard design, and performance analysis) and Excel
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both HQ teams and store staff
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus

What do we offer

  • Starting gross annual salary of €28,000, in line with the classification provided by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Textile and Clothing sector (CCNL Tessile-Abbigliamento) for "impiegato" employees. The final salary and grading level will be determined based on objective criteria, regardless of gender, such as experience, skills and seniority;
