Job Responsability
- Partner with store teams EU and regional retail offices worldwide, providing operational support and ensuring the correct application of company procedures and standards.
- Monitor and analyse store operations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and the overall customer experience.
- Support the implementation of new retail initiatives, operational processes, and system enhancements across the retail network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Retail, IT, Logistics, CRM, Merchandising and Ecommerce.
- Monitor operational and commercial KPIs, identifying trends and proposing actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Retail Operations or a related retail environment.
- Good understanding of retail processes, sales operations, stock management, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both HQ and store teams.
- Fluent in English; any additional language will be considered a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI will be considered a plus
What do we offer
- Starting gross annual salary of €30,000, in line with the classification provided by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Textile and Clothing sector (CCNL Tessile-Abbigliamento) for "impiegato" employees. The final salary and grading level will be determined based on objective criteria, regardless of gender, such as experience, skills and seniority;
